Every order is carefully packed and dispatched using trusted shipping partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Free UK Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all UK orders.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout—no discount code is required.

If express delivery options are available, the applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Processing

Product has a 4-6 week lead time as all items are made to order and then will be shipped out once complete.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided during checkout is accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Tracking

Where a tracked shipping service is selected or included, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged item(s)

This helps us process claims with the shipping carrier as quickly as possible.

Delivery

A shipment is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If you believe your parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us promptly. We will assist in investigating the matter with the carrier where appropriate.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to perform additional verification checks before dispatching any order.

These checks may include:

Any cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with the policies of our payment provider.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to collect their parcel, or the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs charges, any original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier handling fees incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, industrial action, natural disasters, government action, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
